Thanks for shopping with us. Because all of our products are custom‑printed on demand through Printful, returns and exchanges are limited. Here’s how we handle issues with your order:
1. Returns & Exchanges — Not Supported

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse (i.e., change of mind). This is because items are made especially for you once ordered.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or free replacement.

To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the issue

You do not need to return the item to receive a refund or reprint.
3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your order was never delivered, report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful/carrier to resolve the issue and issue a refund or replacement where applicable.
4. Refund Methods

Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method or to your Printful Wallet (depending on payment settings and sales channel requirements).
5. Return Address (If Applicable)

If a printed return address appears on your shipment, it’s intended for issues covered by Printful’s quality policy only. Always contact us before sending anything back.
6. Special Notes

Exchanges for size or color are not supported by Printful. If you choose to offer them to your customers you’ll cover all costs associated.

Products marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
